How hard to bend rim?
How hard to bend rim?
OK, so I just put on my 20 iForged daytonas. Will have pics as soon as I can get my camera to work. But my question is, I know these rims are made of a pretty good quality, but how hard/easy is it really to bend or crack them. Will just going over a small pot hole at slow speeds do it or what?? Please chim in with any expiriences. TIA

This happened on my daily driver on stock rims [MR2 15'' rims]. I hit a HUUUGE pothole, huge... I thought I broke not only the rim, but other suspension parts... got out, looked, nothing. Good to go... I'm sure your 20's will be ok... what size tire you running? - I'd be more worried about curbing them then hitting a pothole...but always be looking out hehe
i slow down quite a bit over rough roads trying to dodge any large
pot holes. imho, it's a pita when you run these expensive wheels over
bad or unknown roads, but it's just part of the game.
i have several brand new spare wheels (1 front and 2 rear) just
in case.
