Spoke to Tein USA several days ago and apparently, I will be the first one to have the first CS suspension in the U.S. Should have the system in a week or two. I'll post pics once I get them installed on the car............when I get the car in a few weeks!

 

Does your sedan have the sport suspension?

What will be interesting is to see just how much of a difference you'll get. The CS system uses spring rates that are almost the same as stock on the sedan with sport suspension, abit a little stiffer in the front and about the same as stock in the rear. The real deal will be in the dampener's and their 16 level's of adjustability. And how much better Tein's valving science might be than how Nissan set things. Curious how much lower do you plan to run the car?

I have the Sedan and my Coupe will be arriving in a few weeks. The CS will be for the Coupe. I'll keep everyone posted how well this system works for the G35........my friend has the 350Z with the Flex. The ride is smooth and near stock when set to the softest setting, but noise is really annoying.........especially when going over bumps and potholes. The CS will probably be much quieter.

 

Ok, onto the coupe. That's great, my biggest criticism on the coupe is it's soft strut valving. Your choice is a perfect fix for that.

Your coupe stock spring rates are,
347LBS front & 419LBS rear. Of course the CS system use's.
392LBS front & 392LBS rear.
So your 13% stiffer spring wise in the front 6% softer in the rear. For someone not really wanting to go stiffer yet wanting better dampener control while maybe lowering, I think you made a great choice. Please let us know how they compair to the stock setup. I thnk you've made a much better choice than just trying lowering springs.

If you don't mind me asking, Where did you get them and how much $$$$. Gsedan35, do you know the spring rate of the S-Tune springs. I know their not coilovers.
