Greddy Tuner Twin Turbo Kit from the 350z (MT) fit on my G35 Coupe (MT)?

Hey guys,

I have a quick question for you all. I currently have a 2003 Nissan 350z with the Greddy Tuner Twin Turbo Kit. I am looking to sell the car and buy a G35 coupe (practicality reasons).

Is it possible to transplant my 350z twin turbo kit onto the G35? Both are manual cars. Are there any modifications I will have to make? Has anyone attempted to do this, or has anyone done it successfully?

I did a search but couldn't find anything.

Thanks!

Yes you can, but there (I believe) will be a couple (slight) changes. First of all, you'll need new tuning. The labor to do this will be horrendous, unless you plan on doing it yourself. What is your current tuning? I recommend using Osiris. Many people part out, but you may want to consider just selling the 350z as is, with kit. Then buying a new one for the G. How many miles are on the current TT setup?

Ouch! Yea, maybe you should swap. Multiply the original installation cost by 2, and that should be about the total cost of the swap.

I'm installing and un-installing it myself. I'm not paying anyone to do that (waste of money). All I need to know is whether or not the TT kit from the 350z will fit the G35 coupe.

Honestly I can't say for sure, but from my research you shouldn't have any issues. What I would do is call a shop like Dynosty or a store like ImportPartsPro. IPP might have an answer for you since they sell the Greddy kit themselves. Dynosty might be able to give you a better answer since they sell the kit and install them on G's and Z's regularly. They would definately know the answer to the differences (if any) between a G and Z Greddy Turbo kit.

Thumbs up

I'm about to finish my project. I bought a Greddy TT kit 18G from a 350Z, and have no issues on installing. Kit came with the intercooler kit.
Good luck.

There very slight differences in the piping, very minor mods to make the kit work worst case scenario may you will have to buy a couple new pipes if you don't have a local shop that can weld up a few pipes for you.
