Car out of alignment after only 15 miles lol
Wth kind of bs is this? Car was aligned by infiniti after they replaced my rear subframe.
They are checking my car right now for a check engine light. I took a peek at the print out and everything is now out of spec.
Camber, toe, and some other readings. I saw maybe 1 green square.
I barely drove the car on clean even roads and its out of spec already. No wonder these car goes through tires like it does on gas.

The outcome? Pay $170 for a re-alignment. The tech didn't see anything wrong with the suspension. They would have otherwise said something.
They definitely did an alignment. I have the before and after printout where everything is green and only 1 rectangle is gray [Thrust Angle] which reads -.01 degree.
I would upload the current printout but they didn't give me a copy of it. I guess they only give you one if you actually did an alignment.
It's basically a new machine they have where you drop off your car, they move it to the Alignment reading Machine and it reads the alignment. It doesn't align, only reads.

Wow that sucks, I'm hoping since my alignment was done less than a month ago they will realign it for me. Plus my brother works at the dealership as a mechanic. When they were installing the bushings they also didnt find anything wrong with the suspension or anything else.

I go to an independent mechanic here that I trust. Bought a lifetime alignment 3 months ago and it has already paid for itself lol. Got to go back this weekend to check toe, added some more positive camber by adjusting my SPL front camber arms.
Lifetime alignments are the way to go, just don't get them at Sears, Firestone, Pep Boys etc. because those idiots have no clue how to properly treat a car.

Infiniti "Stealership" rant!
Why won't our members wake up, why would you have the stealership do anything to your cars other than warranty work??? They charged you twice what an alignment would cost at a independent qualified alignment shop, where they do the job right the first time! You should always get a print out of your alignment! It takes doing a little research to find an independent shop that knows how to align your G to OE specs. Talk to friends, neighbors and the auto parts guy where you buy parts. If you have alignment issues go to an brake/alignment shop, if you have tire issues go to a tire shop....never the Infiniti dealership! If you need any thing else done Nissan charges 30% less than Infiniti and in my opinion the mechanics are better trained.
