they will fit a Z or a G35, don't know about G35 sedan. I won't separate them if that's what you ask.

Last time I checked, 350z and g35 brackets were different.

if they are different, you can just buy the seats from me. And no, the harness doesn't come with it or otherwise i would have mentioned it. If you want it, it's 200 extra for a pair (2 seats=2 harnesses).
