Brand New UR Crank Pulley+Belts

I have a Unorthodox Racing crank pulley new in box with both sets of new belts included. Asking $160. Located in Los Angeles.

by both sets of belts do you mean one stock belt and the racing belt for the pully or are they both the belts that come with the pully? Sorry if its a dumb question...im local and interested in this

Both belts came with the pulley and are brand new.
Its the underdrive pulley, smaller diameter
