I currently have a 05 G with the premium package so i already have the navigation system. I want to get a DD but i obviously dont need one with nav. what is the best one without nav included? or should i just get a good DD with the nav and just never use it?

 

Alpine just came out with a nice DD IVA-W200 i think its called...doesnt come with nav

 

If the IVA-200 is installed will the factory nav. still operate properly for example will there still be sound from navigations system.

 

No there won't be sound from your factory nav system. Go for the Kenwood DDX-7019 or something like that.

 

Are there wires that can be tapped into to get the factory navigation sound after adding an aftermarket double din?

 

i have the nav and a DD.. i went w/ the kenwood 8017. It costs about a little over 1k and its pretty neat.
