What amp would be good with it?
Would this one be fine?

and then upgrade the BOSE amp to...

Would these be sufficient upgrades?
Headunit being this

JL's definitely not the best price/performance sub out there. Your best bet is to PM eggyhustles or create a new thread with the type of music you want to listen to and your total budget, he's pretty good at catching such threads and replying. He doesn't frequent this board quite as often as me, but his experience with various subs and amplifiers dwarfs my own, so he's a lot better for recommendations on subs, amps & speakers.

Just by adding up the components you listed though, I'd recommend building a solid front soundstage instead of worrying about the subwoofer right now. Picking up a very solid 2-channel amp to power a pair of Boston Acoustics Pro60se's or Focal 165A1's will give you enough sound that you won't desperately need a subwoofer for a while, letting you save up for something good, instead of something cheap. It will also give you enough up front that the subwoofer you add won't overpower everything else and feel unbalanced.

If you're worried about running only two speakers, trust me - I ran my Pro60se's alone after my subwoofer's amp went out, and wasn't missing my subwoofer all that much, and probably could fool most people into thinking it was still hooked up and bumping.

Well damn, you make those Pro60se's sound worth getting. You're saying I would no longer use the other stock speakers I have in the car, just these two? And these would need a 2 channel amp, even with my new h.u? What amp would be good with these ( replacing the stock bose?)

Yes, those two will sound better than the complete stock Bose system, hands-down.

Yes, you'll need the amp, these speakers sound better the more power they have, and headunits just don't push anywhere near enough to get the sound from them that they're capable of.

Just about any headunit will be fine, so long as you don't get some eBay discount chinese $99 unit.

I'd go with either of these over that one:

The Pioneer has 12 million POIs vs. 6 million on the Alpine and Kenwood.
The Kenwood has the best built-in navigation - Garmin.
My opinion is that the Pioneer has the best interface for everything but navigation.

I have some questions fro those who know!!! G35 coupe 2006

1) for the 6x9 speakers in the rear which wire is positive/negative?

I just install the 6x9 rear infinity kappa and planning to change everything else 2 component speaker front from kappa infinity and 2 middle rear (2 ways) from the same brand.

What amp do i need for all 6 speakers? watts and channels?

3) do i need to change my radio?

Don't put rear speakers in, the 6x9's will do, and get a solid 4-channel amp to replace the Bose amp.

Since the Bose headunit (I assume you still are using) outputs a very low-voltage, differential-balanced audio signal, you'll need an amp that can take that input. There are a few brands that can do it, but the most common one that you can get your hands on is a JL amplifier.

For the Infinity speakers (not the greatest choice, BTW), you're probably fine going with the JL 300/4v2, but you can get a little more out of the speakers if you go with the JL XD400/4.

I got future plans for the car like adding a sub and a double din from pioneer....now i dont understand why you said don't get the 2 mid rear speakers...i guess is because i will have to much mid and highs?

It's not too much mids, it's just that if you have good speakers up front, particularly in the coupe, you don't need to waste money and watts on rear speakers.

If you're getting real subwoofers in the rear, I wouldn't bother replacing the 6x9s either, just get rid of them completely.

All you need in the coupe:
1 high-quality pair component 6.5 (Focal, BA Pro60se, or Image Dynamics)
1 10 or 12 inch sub (JL's good, but not the price is a bit much, look into sundown audio or Image Dynamics)
1 400+ watt 2 channel class a/b amp (soundstream reference are great sound quality and price, albeit larger than some)
1 500+ watt mono class D amp

^ The above will sound better and hit harder than what you listed, and probably cost less.
