Would the M605 be able to push two Type R 10's?

 

i dont really think thats enough power for 2 of them. My freind is running the m1005. It the 1000 watts rms and 1800 watts max and he has 2 10 inch type r's and i think thats the right amount of power. they hit really hard.

I'm really beginning to go with another Type R, just because I think the Type X will not preform well and might end up blowing.

 

type r's can HANDLE POWER. i've seen one go with 1500 RMS in a 3.5 ported box. and it UNDER RATED like no other.

and jl is sound quality sub and the type r is really a sound pressure sub. your choice.rule of thumb.

10= 500rms sealed box
12=750rmsish sealed box
doulble if you want to go ported.

i feel the type r is a better sub than the jl w3. u cant go wrong with either of them though
