Hi,

I wanted to put an alpine IVA-W200 in my g35 coupe. I have the dd finisher and the A/C controlls. Do I need to buy a bracket or can I use the existing one? I have the I have a 2003 with BOSE system and I dont have navigation.

I just installed one but I bought the bracket. There are so many holes on the sides of the W200 that I can't see it being a problem with the factory bracket. I replied earlier today to another thread about the differences in the factory and ddin brackets.

Use your existing bracket. I also have an 03 Bose without navigation and used my existing bracket for my IVA-W200 install.

 

I just received my SWI-ALP so I haven't installed it yet.

 

I hooked up the PAC SWI-ALP with no problems. Follow the G35 specific instructions on PAC's website:

do you have any pics of your install?

 

if you search you can see my install, i reused my stock bracket but use a black plastic trim piece around the edge to clean it up
