Removing the 6x9 for more bass (coupe)

It's only 4 bolts to take the rear seat back off. The bottom cusion just pulls up. You also have to remove the side panels and then the rear tray can be removed to remove the 6x9's.

well i already have the back seats and side plastic panels (the oens that go over the rear side speakers) out of the car. I want to know how to remove the top plastic peice (the one that the rear airbag comes out of).

I haven't removed that one personally, but I think you just remove the seatbelt bolt and pull the piece off. It's held in by clips.

I haven't removed that one, but the tint shop removed them and broke one of them. They had to replace it and I think the part was like $300, so if you try to remove it, be extremely careful.

I asked dan how to remove that top quarter panel peice. He said where you see the "SRS" cover that you just pop that little cover out and there is a screw behind it, unscrew that and then remove the seat belt bolt as well. Once you do that you just pull it out.

When I removed mine, I started with the backseats. Those come off pretty easy. Then I worked on the side panels (both top and bottom). There are like 1 or 2 hidden bolts near the seatbelt area. Then, the rear deck comes off and you can access the speakers. Then everything goes back in in reverse order.
