Headunit question/problem

I got a Clarion Vrx775VD from a friend today. I got it installed and realized it is sirius ready and not XM ready which i have for car. I now have the stock radio out and the Clarion in. I need to yank that Clarion and put in a headunit that will handle my XM radio which i love. I have a few questions:

Which headunits are out there that are single din (want to switch to double din) that will fit in the G35 that are XM ready?

Will i have to buy an XM control unit since i took out the factory headunit? or is that XM controller box still in my car even though my radio is out?

Also, anybody interested in the headunit? It is from 2005 i believe. Everything but no navigation hookup. I has one small spring missing that helps hold the faceplate on that i am waiting for clarion to send me the parts list so i can tell them which to send. It's like a 25 cent part they said. The faceplate stays on without the part though, but i wanted it anyway. We can figure out a price if you're interested. Thanks
Dan

Your OEM XM box will not integrate with an aftermarket HU. You'll need to get a new XM receiver compatible with whatever HU you install.
