Sound quality??
Thanks for all you input guys, I know the best would be to add 2 amps
plus a sub, plus a enclosure but I need the trunk space, golf clubs etc...
I asked a friend how would my 2 channel amp work driving the front
components with Bose amp driving the rear doors and the woofer and he
said my Bose amp would heat up and eventually fail, is that right. I think
I can live with 2 amps screwed to the back seat inside the trunk or could one
go where the Bose baby amp is and one go under the passengers side seat, or one 5 channel AMP to run everthing but that same friend says that Bose
woofer would blow, so does that mean I would need another 8 inch
woofer to go in the back shelf. I guess I don't want an enclosure in the
trunk...

If you don't want an enclosure in the trunk, you don't really have any options for a sub unless you want to go suztom and put a sub in the spare tire well. You could do a free air subin place of the factory 8 inch sub, but it's not going to perform very well.
4080 makes an unobtrusive enclosure for the passenger side of the trunk.

If you have to use the rear speakers, you could run them - not the 6x9's - off of the Bose amp and use your existing 2 channel amp for the front Infinitys and your new sub amp for the sub(s).
