stock bose system not working properly

I have a 04 coupe with bose system.
This happens 3 times now....
the first time I brought it in was for left side of speakers aren't working properly. (sometime on, sometimes off). They replaced the audio head unit.
but after about 1 month.... one morning... same thing happen again, and this time it's even worse, none of the speakers were working at all.... I can still see the letters from the small screen, but just nothing coming out of the speakers... and again... it sometime works... sometimes not.....
so, I brought the car in again for same issue, and they say they will replace the head unit again...
I had the car back last nite (it was working perfectly fine there), but this morning when I start the car and turn on the radio..... again.... no sound from any of the speakers.....

does anyone have this kinda problem?? I told them it might has something to do with the wires or the speakers..... but the SC said it's the head unit's problem....

Please help me.

thanks.

PS. i tried banging it hard on the side of the headunit...
but still no...

I have an 03 G35. DO you know which cable or cables going into the amp is the power?

I had battery issues so I disconnected the amp and that worked. Now I'm going to re-wire the power source, so the amp shuts off when the car is off.

I have the exact problem. No sound from stereo or Nav. One thing I know for me is that it only does it in cold weather. If its cold outside then my speakers wont kick on until I have the inside of the car blazing with heat if they come on at all. If it's say, above 75 outside, it never misses a beat. When I start the car in the mornings from the garage it works great. When its outdoors for work and its say, below 65, I'm screwed.. Dealership told me they have never heard of it. Just bring it in and they'll charge me 85 bucks just to look into it.. Not thanks... Yet anyway.

Same thing here with an 04 Coupe. I plan to get it replaced, still under warranty. From what I've read, some people get lucky after 1st replace, others are like JJKK and do it a few times. I wonder what the deal with that is...

Thanks for the follow up post. Maybe that will help others with that same issue.
