You need a power-on delay. Your amp and headunit are not turning on at the same time. Usually you need to delay the amplifier's turn-on.

Is it a really loud, bad pop? You could just deal with it if it's not that bad.

What is the remote wire on the amps connected to? If you just connect it to the accessory wire, the amps will often kick on before the head unit has powered up and you get a pop. Make sure you've connected it to the remote wire of the head unit.

Some of it depends on the amps and the heead unit too. I fought and fought with that on one of my old car stereos. I gave up and just got used to it. Then later I bought an EQ, and just by having the EQ in the loop, it completely solved the problem!

It could be a bad grounding point as well, but more likely the turn on delay is the culprit

my amp remote turn on wire is connected to my ignition i think, so even tho my radio isnt on, the amps are on...

this place messed up my damn install, sigh... so where should the blue wire from my amps connect to? the remote turn on wire from my alpine's power harness?

Yes. As g35audioman said, your amps need a turn on delay. Usually the head unit's remote wire will create that delay for you.
