Ummm, not quite too sure. It does work with the w200. Why didn't you just get the Blackbird II? Better GPS signal (much better) and newer maps. Plus it pops into the w205
Let me find some pics on the w205 and see if it's similar ot the w200 and I'll let u know, gimme a few secs

Ok, I looked at the user manuals for both. The first pic is from the w200 and the 2nd from the w205. You see the #3? That's for the navi.

It's the same on the w205 as it is on the w200, so yes it will work. Call Alpine and verify, but I'm 99.99% sure that it WILL work. BTW, I know this because I owned the w200 with the dock and blackbird I in my Accord. Differences between the 205 and 200 are minor, but I'd take the 200 because of the graphic EQ
. w205 is still a good deck, just taht the pre-out voltage is weak.
Oh yeah, call this number for Alpine, its for their Navi section. They are a great help, seriously, talked with them several times. Great service as well. 800-NAV-HELP

That's a good deal. I'd recommend getting the update disc from Alpine though. It's 80 bucks IIRC, but it was definitely worth it. So much easier to search for places as you don't have to know the EXACT name of a destination, you can search by part of it.
