I ordered 2 sets of speakers and an amp thru them last week and I still do not have a tracking number!

Has anyone ordered thru them?

I read a few reviews of them today and this guy never received his merchandise after nearly a month but they charged his account like they did mine.

 

I take it you've already tried contacting them by phone (if this is even a possiblity). Was the deal you were getting through this company outrageously low? I never buy from sites like that -- there's always that catch..

I haven't heard of them, but can't you check to see if something is on backorder and is holding up shipping? Otherwise just cancel your order and if they give you any crap about it dispute the charges through your CC. I had a similar issue w/ onlinecarstereo.com and was able to dispute the charges. The process is probably too easy.

 

get your money back ASAP.. next time check this site before ordering anything from the "too good to be true" sites.

lol I was actually looking at an alarm on this site.. then i checked resellerreviews and went somewhere else . Amazon ftw

 

amazon rulz .. just gotta be a bit careful when you purchase something that doesn't ship from amazon's warehouse -- might get stuck with restocking fees...

 

I called my bank since I used my dr/cr card and they said that if I do not get my items by June 6th, they will credit back the $800 within 5 business days. This is the first time I have run in to a problem when ordering online, but now I know what to look for.

I was slightly concerned with ordering from these people based on some negative reviews from other sites. The net of those reviews was that most of their products were out of stock and they weren't notifying purchasers of that status after they had been charged. This was not my experience. I ordered a Viper 5900 alarm from them and received it the next day.
