What kinda speakers you all running?

I want to upgrade my speakers in my non bose 05. Already have a 10" kicker sub and an Alpine IVA-W205 double din.

Beebo told me Infinity References? but i think they are really expensive (any good sites you guys recommend???)

Whats some good, clear, crisp sounding speakers that arent like, ridiculously expensive.

Thanks!

What's your price range?

Everything is dependent on that to begin with...

I'm currently running Boston Acoustics Pro60 SEs with an Alpine MRP-F600 amp - 150W RMS x4

I'd recommend Polk Audio db6501 6-1/2" components...they are a solid for $200 a pair

If that is out of your price range, the Infinity Reference 6020cs are decent for around $140 a set

Bucszilla, how good is the F600? I've been looking into getting that amp but have seen only a couple of reviews on it. I've got a set of Infinity Kappa Perfects that are in need of some power

This amp will be more than enough to push everything out of your speakers and then some. I think it is a great amp especially for only a $300 price tag. It is money well spent. I also have the Alpine M1000 to push an Alpine type X 12" sub...I haven't installed it YET but I went ahead and got another Alpine amp because the F600 was impressive.

I would definitely use an amp for your speakers...get a decent 4 channel amp and you will be set. If you plan on getting just 1 pair of speakers, obviously the 2 channel amp would be appropriate. If you just run your speakers off the HU it will sound just ok, nothing great, but if you use an amp you will easily hear the improvement in sound quality and you will be glad you spent the extra on an amp.

4 Channel on sale for $169: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_500MRPF...00.html?tp=115

2 Channel on sale for $99: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_575R150...-2.html?tp=115
