I have an 04 G35 coupe. What are my options as far as installing an just an aux input. I don't have an ipod or iphone so i don't care about ipod interface. I simply want an aux. Can someone point me in the right direction?

is the only option the PAC AAI-NIS2 unit?
does anyone know if it works on canadian g's?

 

The best option really, is to swap head units, since you'll get lots of other benefits in addition to the aux input.

2nd best is the PAC unit.

3rd best, and cheapest - If you are ok with mono audio, and have navigation, you can build a simple circuit to splice into the voice line and 12v trigger.

4th best, is just to use a FM transmitter. It'll be stereo, but the most distortion and quality loss here.

 

so the only real option is the PAC unit,
there is no way to splice into the aux cable for the satellite radio button?

 

That's what the PAC unit does.
