Could the 05-07 sound system works with 03-04 coupe cars ?hlp

Could the 05-07 sound system works with 03-04 coupe cars ?hlp
hi there ..
my car is 2003 g35 coupe ..
my problem is
the whole sound system (tape and cd) part#28188am860 need to be changed . and it cost about 1750$

I've found a used same part in aftermarket but its for 05-06-07 models and it comes without a tape

could it work if i change it ??

1. You dont need to type in larger font and in bold to elicit a quicker response.

2. No, it wont work.

1- I think that larger fonts easy to be seen for users

It wont work because the entire center console is different. Look at pictures from an 03-04 radio and an 05-07 radio.
