my car is 2003 g35 coupe ..
my problem is
the whole sound system (tape and cd) part#28188am860 need to be changed . and it cost about 1750$
I've found a used same part in aftermarket but its for 05-06-07 models and it comes without a tape
could it work if i change it ??

It wont work because the entire center console is different. Look at pictures from an 03-04 radio and an 05-07 radio.
