I did alot of searching and I know all of this has been covered but specific answers I just couldnt find...hopefully this will help out others too..

First things I want to buy is speakers...I will get a component set for the front....I used to use rockford fosgate...they still one of the top??

I would like some bass but dont really want a sub are there some good 6x9's that put our good bass so I dont have to get a sub...??

What kind of amp do I want to get a 4 channel?

I have not had a system in any of my cars since I was a teenager so I dont know what hot right now.

I will be on a budget so maybe a couple hundred on speakers...same with amp...and HU....probably wont do it all at once.

do I have to rewire everything or can i splice into most of the original bose wires?
