I just got this unit as a recommendation from a stereo installer based on the fact I was going to use my factory Bose system with new amps / speakers. I have since decided to do the whole install at the same time, so I have no need for this...
This integrates your new amps with your factory stereo.

Yeah, that's what I was told...
I got it because I was going to keep the Bose for a while and do this all in phases, but I got a killer deal on the head unit I wanted, so I jumped... lol
Anyway, $125 OBO.
Need to move this.

What this is supposed to do is take the high level speaker inputs and turn them into low level. I have my sub hooked up on high level inputs right now and it's very hard to tune / control.
This is supposed to help eliminate the issues...
