Just to be safe...

I'd like to make sure I don't encounter any major bumps, so I'm going to ask here once even after reading up on the subject.

I have an '06 G35 coupe with Navigation, so from what I understand, I'll need the JDM trim, plus I'll have to modify it. So I can just pick this up:

http://cgi.ebay.com/JDM-INFINITI-DOUBLE-DIN-DUAL-DASH-SILVER-G35-05-07-/180690063828?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2a11f791d4#ht_1201wt_1270
and do whatever work needs to be done to it. Is that correct?

On top of that, picking up the AC unit is a good idea, right?

ebay link for AC unit

Along with these, I will (obviously) pick up my Kenwood DD, and get Metra TurboWires 70-7551 Wiring Harness and Metra 40-NI10 Nissan Antnna Adapter . Hoping a shop will do the install and trim modifications for me when I go talk to them, but I wanted to make sure this is all I need before placing my orders.

Expecting no more than a "Yup" reply if this is all I need to worry about. Please and thank you.

If you've got the Bose amplifier (and are not replacing it as part of this installation), you need to use the PAC ROEM-NIS2 instead of the 70-7551.

Additionally, if the headunit you're picking up doesn't include a trim ring, you'll need the scosche one listed in my shopping list.

So I was messing around a little with my Kenwood DDX516 and the JDM Trim... Should I be worried that I can't seem to get the DDX into the slot on the trim?... I was just testing it and it seems like it simply does not want to go in...

Requesting assistance T-T

Yeah, the DDX516 is a little wide, just shave a *little* off the sides of the opening.

Since I am sending you my JDM Trim (as well as OEM Trim for you to play with), you think you can do that for me too? >.> I don't want to end up making things ugly trying it myself. Hoping I can make it to the UPS store tomorrow. If not, it's cool. I still need the JDM trim to fit on my OEM nav though xd

I'd need the kenwood headunit as well to do it, but yeah, I'd take care of it for you.
