Looking to buy a 15" sub..

Whats up guys.
Im looking to get a sub for my car. At first, I wanted a 12" but now I'm thinking I want a 15". Obviously, I want to get a good sub. What are some good brands. I know of Kicker, JBL, Alpine, and Infiniti. What are some others and what are best for the money?

How much should i expect to spend on amp?

How hard does a12" sub hit compared to a 15"?

Thanks guys!

Coupe?
There is no "best"

It all falls down to what you're looking for and how much $$$ you have to play with.

If you have a coupe, get a 12, 2 10's, or a couple 8's. Most 15's need tons of airspace.

Nope a sedan. And I want to spend no more than $200 on the sub/subs

If you want something that sounds like garbage, you can get a $200 15" sub, or you could spend that $200 on a GOOD 10" that'd perform much better.

But, inches, rattles and peak watts all impress teenage boys in the parking lot.

I definitely do not want a 10 inch. Do you think a 12" is still plenty loud enough?

Needs a large enclosure. Very large enclosure.

This is the best you'll do on a budget for a good 15
