I don't want to use an Ipod, I play music via spotify and I want to play it to my vehicle, I want to know how much it would cost to make a wired Lightning connection from my USB to my g35. Thanks guys. Also wondering how you guys play music from your Iphone 7 to g35?

Know that if you go wired, like the Nissan unit, you will require adapters

 

pick up a USA spec. They will have what you need.

 

Be sure you get the USA spec Infi, not the USA spec NIS. I believe you will need a 30 pin to lightning adapter. I do not know if that adapter will allow charging. I have a spec Infi in a box waiting for install in my new (to me) 2006 coupe, but I haven't yet done the research on that issue.

 

^ IMO, the NIS is better because you don't have to run the connection cable all the way from the truck to the center console (or wherever you plan to put your phone). Yes, it does allow charging and it retains all steering wheel controls.
