sounds like we jsut need a mounting kit made like other cars have made for aftermarket radios.

usually the aftermarket radio mounting kits are ~2.5 DIN size with a removable lower pocket to put a second deck or a single screen in.

I am interested in getting a screen in the pocket, but is it possible that we can make it retractable like the stock one? Can we hide it?

Sure can... called a linear actuator. You can buy the REALLY nice ones at www.selectproducts.com.

I am new to the site I live in Long Island. Are you still selling or installing the center monitors? If not do you know a good car audio shop in Queens or LI?
