I was gonna guess, somehow related to R.Fosgate. Punch 4080 was one my favorite 4-channel amp in the mid 90's, very under-rated amp.

I competed in IASCA and USAC back in 1993. If I remember correctly, my first show was in Bridge City in '93 and he was eithe throwing the shindig or competing in it. I met him through Ralph Randall and Mark Barmore(RIP). He was a great guy!! I have several friends that took his course many years ago where they made some sort of steering wheel out of lexan I think??

I was at that show in Bridge City, Autographics was the name of the store. I also worked as a trainer/teacher at F.A.S.T. (Fukuda Audio Specialist Training). One of the projects that the students made was a steering wheel made from MDF, Plexi-glass, and Vinyl.

How did you calculate that? Just out of curiosity. Fiberglass boxes are notoriously difficult to get exact volumes. I was debating trying this myself and figured on a 9 inch overall depth. Does this seem reasonable?

I filled the enclosure with sand until full. Then I dumped the sand into a square box. Making sure that the sand is level, I then took calculated how much sand was in the box. Sand is the most accurate. Packing peanuts are much easier to use but not as accurate.
