I competed in IASCA and USAC back in 1993. If I remember correctly, my first show was in Bridge City in '93 and he was eithe throwing the shindig or competing in it. I met him through Ralph Randall and Mark Barmore(RIP). He was a great guy!! I have several friends that took his course many years ago where they made some sort of steering wheel out of lexan I think??

I filled the enclosure with sand until full. Then I dumped the sand into a square box. Making sure that the sand is level, I then took calculated how much sand was in the box. Sand is the most accurate. Packing peanuts are much easier to use but not as accurate.
