Actually, although the N1 doesn't support NavTraffic by default, you can get this add-on to support it:

I have the N2 completely integrated...in a hide away style custom job... ipod integrated, and now XM getting installed... absolutely amazing!

do you have any pics? i was wondering if it could be custom mounted in the cubby. i've seen one of the same style done but not a N2.

The example you showed me has the actual lid cut and the HU face showing. Mine is completely hideaway. with the lid placed on hinges so it can manually be moved (to preserve the light sensor) and also to retain functionality while the screen is down (by moving the lid to acess the bottons).

I love that setup, prophecy. That looks like something I want to do instead of the mp3car screen and carputer, but the custom install cost seems like it would be expensive, especially for the hinged door. pm'd you.
