Volumn increases as I accelerate??

SSV - low, med, high... all seems like "OFF" to me

I have mine on high too and I cant notice it unless I am slowing down real quick on an off ramp but I usually have the windows down so that would make it harder to notice.

Also, to anyone that asked a question after page 1: read page 1.

I thought it was SCV... Speed Controlled Volume. At least that's what my 2004 HU says: "SCV".

I was thinking one day when I was driving with my windows down & sunroof open how cool it would be if the SCV took into account more factors that speed. Like if it was able to detect window positions and factor that into the volume increase as well.

OR even better: via a microphone in the cabin it could "hear" a woman complaining (read: girlfriend, wife, et. all), and automatically increase the volume.

Yeah... that would be butter... I'd pay for that feature... sigh
