Pics or Ideas for one 12' sub placement

Hey doods, I am getting one 12 in my coupe soon (probably alpine type r or type X with the v12 amp) I was going to get a custom install, but decided to go with a box instead because I can then take it out if I need the trunk space.

So i am wondering if any of you have one 12 in your car, and have pictures and/or ideas of the best placement. Right now I am thinking of a horizonal box with the 12 in the center of the trunk (towards rear) and placeing the amp on the back of the rear seats. Please help me out with some ideas thanks guys.

If you still want the trunk space but can do without a spare tire, there's a large amount of room under the trunk floorboard.

i am planing on getting a fiberglass box. I was thinking about doing that, but...kinda skeptical about looseing the spare. Is it posible to enclose the contain WITHIN the spare tire? I remember seeing somwhere they put a sub in the center of the spare wheel...

I don't think there is enough room considering the depth of a 12" sub's VCs. I think if you pulled it off you'd be a first

Here is the trunk I just had built this last week:

The Infiniti symbol is plexiglass and has blue LEDs under it. It turned out real well. That is with a Square 12' Hope that helps.

damm very nice hyperlitesmu! I would put plexiglass over the sub and the amps tho so that i could throw a bag over it and not hurt the hardware. Is your spare still in place??
