Speedgeek, When you get it, could you make an quick electronic copy or scan of it with the right proportions? I think this will come in handy for many others as well. Thanks

a fairly easy and deadly accurate way of making the template is to take a ruler and measure the distance front the center of one mounting hole to the center of the other mounting hole. Then just use a compass (the type you make circles with, not the type that gets your *** un-lost) to draw overlapping circles with a diameter the same width you previously measured. Where the circles overlap is where your mounting holes are. I did this and got it first try.
