Installed Nano w- ProClip w/ PA11-NIS
Okay.. first off, the 2006 G35C Radio/Nav removal is a little different than the 2004 G35 Coupe DIY, also thanks to lalomarquez13 for the pics and links to get the stuff!!
I will post a DIY soon, here are the pics..works with the 2006 steering wheel controls! Just hit "CD" again and the display cycles to CD CHGR . Charges Ipod, only minus is that you cant see the Track info
, but its still great!
Here are a few pics..sorry about the quality of some of these..

Looks good. I had my nano on a pioneer headunit, and it also didn't show the track info.
Quick question, can you search playlists, artists, albums, etc. with your nano once it is connected or are the controls locked out and everything must be done via headunit? The closeup picture of the nano screen suggests that it is locked.

Its $117.. so you may wanna try to go much lower for a GB.
And yes, no track info on the display just the track number and I think time. It can only be controlled from the HU or Steering wheel, it has upgradable firmware, so maybe improvements are in the works?
It has two modes of operation, Direct Play, where it plays directly from the library, and playlist mode (I havent tried). In this mode you select songs and playlists on Ipod with CD Changer Controls.
It also has inputs (RCA) for another audio source to be added.
I am happy with it, its just another option to FM, and a 6 Disk Mp3 In-Dash Changer.

Lookin good. Now based off of what lalomarquez13 said, he has control both thru the headunit AND thru the ipod itself. You don't have this ability? Maybe he has it in a different mode than you? I will be installing mine this weekend, so I will see, but how do you switch through your artists and playlists if you can't see what you are doing?

Ive been reading the manual..
In Playlist mode.. you can make 5 playlists on your Ipod that it treats like 5 disks in a changer. they are named
NISSAN1_WHATEVER
NISSAN2_YOU
NISSAN3_WANT
NISSAN4_TO
NISSAN5_CALL IT
and the 6th is the library..
I think Im going to switch to this mode tommorow. That way I can separate music in the playlists.. still cant see the track names, but at least Ill know whats in each list.
Ipod display shows whats in my picture in direct mode.. Ill check tommorow when I switch for the Playlist display..

Hey. I just was checking out the manual, and I think you might have it in playlist mode...it doesn't totally add up (because in the pic you are on CD5), but in the manual, it says that direct mode, "all control functions on the iPod will still be available". However in playlist mode, the screen that you are seeing will be displayed, and you will have no control via the iPod.
