if anyone is wondering...you turn the screw to the right for the headlight to aim higher, and left for it to go lower

Nice write-up. Thanx for the dia and number crunching. Just did a recent bezel mod and last night seems off from original aiming so will check and adjust per your method.

OK, so i just aimed my 06 recall lights and everything is good except the driver side is about 20 degrees from being flat. Is there anyway to adjust that?

You have to take them apart, and maybe that will fix them. THIS IS EXACTLY WHY THEY WERE RECALLED! Please stop buying recalled projectors!

the left side is working... however the right side is just turning without any up/down movement on the projector itself.

How is it that you adjust simply the slope such that the lower cutoff and the upper cutoff differs by the ~2.5" spec. The headlights are aligned vertically i.e. the height to center of lens is the same at 25' and they are not / or \ it is just the difference is closer to 4.5". Any suggestions?

left and right screws can't be reached without removing the lights.
