I sincerely apologize for resurrecting this thread. I've searched everywhere, but cannot seem to find what this part is called. It's the bracket that holds up the compression rod. Mine seemed to have broken at the pipe part. Does anyone know where I can find this part to order or what it's called in order to look it up?

I have found the part number 544C5M (LH), but it doesn't lead me anywhere when I google it.

kind regards,

I found out I have bad bushings on the compression rods. Went for a look when swapping out the turn signal bulbs. Thanks for the bump.

I believe this one comes with the sleeve and stopper, correct? Trying to make this as painless as possible...

You've probably figured it out by now, but it's called the 'Compression rod stay' - so says the FSM.
