Some cars have the threaded holes and some don't. It is supplied with nuts that you insert in the frame if you are not threaded.
I want to get one but I am not sure how it will clear the exhaust.

I unfortunately couldn't install the rear brace from the pair because of my exhaust.
I have not had a chance yet to really push the car to see the impact of the bars.
I also softened the front bar to soft-med while we were at it. I wanted a little more oversteer then I had.
I talked to Partshipper about it and that is where the GTSpec confirmation came from. I know my 06 does not have threaded holes so don't expect yours too.

If this debate is about the 4 point chassis brace for the 350Z, it does not fit the G35.
I did a test install for GTSPEC on the 4 point mid chassis brace. The holes in my chassis were not spaced properly for the GTSPEC mid chassis brace and I did not have the predrilled threaded holes. I posted a thread about this a couple of weeks ago in the sedan forum. The front and rear tie bars do fit. The lower lateral arm will fit the sedan exhaust, but not the coupe.
