S-tein spring question

S-tein spring question
I was looking at S-tein for my G35 sedan and noticed that the spring rate on the fronts are higher than the rear where as my OEM sport suspension has the high rate in the rear. Is there a difference in handling if I get a higher spring rate in the front instead of the rear. I assume for a rear wheel you would want the higher spring rate in the rear and not the front. Someone please explain and help me out.

Higher in the front then oem is fine, but softer in the rear then oem,.......I'll pass.
The other thing, a 2" drop on oem sedan shocks is NOT a good idea. Sedan's shocks are 3/4" taller then 350Z shocks. I had issues with Koni's on a 2" drop with springs that were linear and stiffer, plus Koni's are use the same shorter shock height as 350Z shocks. Not enough bump travel (even with much shorter then oem bumpstops).

I have coupe s-techs on my sedan, and because of the height of the rear spring its much stiffer than the OEM spring that i had. When I sit in the back while my friends are driving i can feel the stiffness of it. I am overall very happy with them combined with 350z shocks and hotckis sways.
