that's just what they advertise.

Just curious, why did you decide not to go with the spacers? Do you still have any knocking issues at all? Right now with my set up, I am pretty much flush with stock 18's but still get the occasional knock here and there if I run through a gutter too fast or something like that.

so far, no knocking since i've raised the car back up.

for now, i can live with the negative camber. feels good.

ergo, no spacers!

however, i may switch over to 350evo in the future. i'll have to hear more reviews on the adjustability. accordfreak is the first that i've heard of that has gotten more than +1 degree adjustment.

Very cool. Glad the knocking has stopped for you.

Cracks me up that you raised it to flush...you must have been dumped!

Go with the SPL's instead, they offer quite a bit of adjustability(+1 deg with up to +3 deg with fender modification). I believe this was based on their old street arms, with the newer low clearance arms allowing even more positive adjustability without modifications.

I hope someone can reply to this, but I am planning on ordering coilovers and slamming the car. IS there no control arm out there other than SPC? The 350EVO arms only offer +1 degree of adjustment but do not have the knocking. I'm pretty sure I will need +3 degree. Are there any other kits out there that are used to adjust for more POSITIVE CAMBER.

From searching, I have only read SPC and 350EVO.

YOu will not Knock with SPC as long as your spring rates are right and above 500LBS F/500LBS R. Things like tein basics, which dont go down 3" are going to have problems if slammed 3" (which they cant do, im just bringing up examples). if your running lets say buddy club RSD's, then you are fine.

Right, so what are the most slammed guys running for camber kit, or are they not running any?

We have sold many SPC Fronts to those who are slammed down on Buddy Clubs, thats why I bring them up. Spring rate is what hurts those who are lowered on springs like Tanabe GF210's. I used to on an old car run Progress springs, which were really low and had a good amount of suspension travel. My wheel just hit the fenderwell. Got Progress Full coilovers, no problems. feel free to call me at 1-800-959-0145 ext 2 and we can discuss the issues at hand.

Cal(Ahero) is running the basics and was knocking at full drop so what you are saying doesn't seem to be true
Edit: their springrates are 504/504, and become stiffer the lower you drop them

I said running coilovers like Tein basics at full drop (not 3" though) may sometimes knock due to Tein making street based version of a race based product: The coilover. The buddy clubs are more track oriented and have higher spring rates to my knowlege.

buddy clubs are 560 front 448 rear, so maybe you should revise your statement for people running springrates of 560+.

Well, rates of 500+ in a linear spring do not cause any problems as long as they are at appropriate height. The basics are 500/500 LBS evenly and if put down all the way will knock, but not as much as Buddy clubs due to their 560lbs front nature. As well, not all rating are 100% accurate. Springs are sourced from multiple places including japan, taiwan, and germany. The shocks that come with the coilover differ in dampening from grades of oil used. This grade of oil transpires spring travel under compression or load and may or may not cause knock. The SPC Kit will 90% of the time work with coilovers as long as they are not down 3". If you go down 3", a rate of 850lbs front is advisable.
