^ If you bought them from Peter at IAP, I would talk to him because depending on your setup, the amount of drop and your spring rate will determine whether they should work or not. If you decide to install them and you do get the knocking issue, SPC can send you disc spacers for the stock bump stops which should solve all the knocking issues.
If you are not satisfied with the results, I personally can't speak for SPC although they have been excellent when it comes to customer service. I would assume they would give you a refund but I would check that out before you install the arms, then you can go in a different direction.

Wanted to share my findings. I have a 2005 G35 6MT. After installing the SPC front and rear kits, all my dash lights were on.
I contacted SPC, and an engineer told me to move the bracket around and bend it in a little towards the hub until the ABS light went off. I did that, but the slip and VDC lights remained on.
Going back to the document I used to install the REAR kit written by Chad Protocav called "Installing the SPC Toe Bolts on a Nissan 350Z or Infiniti G35 Coupe," it states the slip light might come on because the car is so far out of alignment that the tires are scrubbing. Knowing this, I decided to get a four wheel alignment and stop messing with the ABS sensor. Happy to say that after the alignment, all my lights are off and everything seems to be fine. Oh, I also installed the Eibach pro kit at the same time.

Im glad to see that everyone is getting positive results. We should make a list of those who are having problems, and see if its based upon the suspension ran so people can know in the future. I know if your down 2"+ like the tanabe's, its gonna hit once in a while. But for those 1.0-1.7, it seems like its defect free.

getting them installed today...we'll see how it goes.
edit: well the spc a-arms and basics are on in the front. I'll have to wait for the rears. I'm a little higher than stock right now so we'll have to wait and see what happens when i drop it low.

I installed the Front and Rear SPC camber kit and i'm having the "christmas tree" syndrome. Also,my brakes are bitting and you can hear a air pumping noise when the car first starts up and you drive it( i would assume it's the car checking the abs). Thursday i'm going to take it back in and remove the extender bolts. The car is already aligned up so hopefully this helps.
