I was wondering if the G35coupe spring/shocks will lower my 05 sedan? I don't know if that brembo package on the coupe has a sport suspension so i was wondering if it has any effects on the sedan handling and stance wise...

Yes. As long as you get springs from a coupe that does not have 19" wheels you will be good. EDIT - this applies only if you have the sedan sports suspension.

See this post:

Here is a measurement for the rear:

I don't have one for the front because I am running Z front, coupe rears.

well i do not have the sport suspension and i didnt come with oem 19s... do you think the swap would be reasonable? and if i just changed the springs would that be okay or would i have to worry about future problems like dead shocks?

If you don't have the sports suspension you will kill your shocks faster than normal according to others experiences. If this is the setup you want consider buying a full coupe suspenion (i.e. including shocks/struts) or upgrading shocks.

Yes since you are going to purchase the springs and shocks you are safe. If you found a coupe selling the springs already mounted on the shocks then it's plug and play for any suspension shop should take less than 1 hour.

People say the coupe springs will drop a sedan 1/2 inch but I think it's will drop the sedan a little less than the 350z springs and more than 1/2 inch. I say that because I have the Coupe springs in the rear and I got the same 1 inch drop as my eibach's gave me. If you install the coupe springs at all 4 corners post pixs since I think you will be the first sedan to do it...

bump - for update.

teedo: did you ever get the coupe suspension for your sedan? How is the drop? pics? I too am running non-sport suspension and am looking for a mild drop. I'm considering the full coupe suspension.

thanks in advance!

I have 07 coupe springs and I am waiting on 05 coupe shocks, both from the 6MT 19" Wheel package, so we will see how it turns out. I am matching the same shocks & springs so it should be fine.
