I had the same experience with my 6-pot Wilwoods. After they heated up, they expanded and started shaving the wheel spokes. I bought 3mm spacers and all is fine now. Get the 3mm spacers. When it gets hot, you will have no clearance and will start shaving the outside of the calipers. The 3mm spacers did not require new wheel lugs or nuts.

Another option is to get 2mm spacers. I got a set on ebay.

I have 0.5mm clearance after spacers. No rubbing problem after 6 month.

My wilwood 13.6 BBK also runs a lot cooler than stock.

You should be fine then, just make sure there is a decent amount of clearance.

I would have gone 2 mm, but could not find them anywhere.
