How are the TEIN's S.Tech Springs? It says it's about 1.5 inch drop. Would you guys know about how many finger gap that would leave the rear wheels? I went on the website, but i want to know the opinions of those who have them on their rides. Thanks.

I have 350Z S-Techs, and I have a 1 finger gap in the front, 2.5 finger gap in the rear. You will need a camber kit, my tires are wearing down quick!

if you have the money id advise to go with the basic coilovers, but the s-techs are great springs, ive heard only good things about them.

all you really need to know in general is that with the s-techs youll be dropped right above the wheels

good luck

If i am just dropping for looks what is the advantage to coil overs, vrs the s-techs?

And the guy who recommeneded the camber kit you did not purchase one with your rims? I thought that was a given you need that.

So basically what am i gaining by coil overs vrs springs?

Thanks for the Pics. It really helped. I think i am going to go with the S-Tech then. Would I need camber if I go with the S-Tech? If i go with the Basic TEIN coil overs, would I also need a Camber?

Stechs or basic, you'll need a camber kit. kinetix and still are just 2 of the many makers of camber kits. they arent as cheap as we'd like but if you dont want to be replacing tires more frequently, then i suggest you buy a camber kit. I never got one for my car... I dont drive it that much and besides, I love the way it handles with the negative camber

some pictures of g35 s-techs on my coupe
https://g35driver.com/forums/picture-share/144445-got-new-pics-just-dropped-car-some-s-techs.html

So far the ride has been good, could be alittle stiffer for my taste but it's been fine for daily driving. In the front, the fender sits right on the top of the tire. In the rear, it sits alittle bit higher. There has been a couple of times when the bottom of my car scraped a speed bump when there was more than just me in the car but i never scraped on the freeway or on regular streets.

Hope this helps

Great pix everyone!..I'm contemplating which springs to go with too right now, but my concern is in all the pics I've seen, why are the backs so high?
the fronts are perfect!...but the backs I just don't like...I'm thinking now sportlines or the way to go for me....let me know your thoughts..thanks!
