Hi Guys,
Just put the Raybestos PGD-815-C ceramic pads with new rotors
on the front of my 03 sedan The result seems to be no dust, no noise but
less grip than the oem's, so was wondering if these will grip better after
some more milage, I have been driving on them for 4 days. If they don't
get better might go back to OEM, any ideas out there?

ceramic pads usually sacrifice some performance compared to stock. The compound is harder in general, especially compared to the 03 brake pads. Things may get slightly better, but don't expect any significant changes.
^ what he said. ceramic pads are great for no noise, less dust, rotor friendliness, but does sacrifice bite and MOT (maxiumum operating temparture).
try bedding in your pads and you should see some improvement but don't expect the same bite you had with your OEM pads.

Bummer, would these fit on the back, I think I prefer the braking power
of OEM or something else just not sure what, stopping power, no noise
and little dust is my order of preference.

You might want to check out the EBC GreenStuff pads. They are Kevlar instead of ceramic. They are similar in feel to the OEMs, however, they produce much less dust and are more rotor friendly.
I'd recommend the Axxis Metal Master pads. They are semi-metallic and are comparable in bite to the Hawk HPS pads but with less dusting.
Also did you go through with a break-in (bedding) process for the pads? That may be a problem if the pads are glazing the rotors and not biting properly. But what was said above about ceramic pads may be the problem.

Did not do any beding and the rotors are middle of the road
that was picked up from the same jobber where I picked up
