Suspension Question, Possible Camber Issues

I currently run 350Z H-Techs and I am replacing them with 350Z RS*R Ti2000. The drop with the H-techs did not require any camber adjustment parts front or rear as car was aligned back within specs. I have already purchased the SPC rear camber kit for the RS*R's. My question being with the H-Tech drop of .8F, .7R compared to RSR*R drop of 1.1F, 1.1R. Will this require a camber correction arm for the front with a 1.1 drop? Anyone with approx. a 1.1 drop in front please advise. I don't want to have to spend any money unless absolutely necessary. Thank you for your help.

it might not you might just barely be out of spec...what were you specs when you had it aligned last time?

Bear with me as I have to dig those numbers out of storage. If it is close then I am not going to worry about it. How much of a difference could a .8F drop to 1.1 actually make?

I know each car reacts differently, but I need others advice that have approx. 1.1F drop. Did you need to purchase adjustable camber arms for the front? Was your alignment way out of whack after drop or was it close to or within specs? I really need some help on this one as I want to have all the work done at once and I am waiting on whether to purchase adjustable front camber arms. Thanks for all of your help.

so where are the old specs? I'm pretty sure your camber is going to be out in the front, its up to you to decide if purchasing a-arms is worth it

The rule of thumb is 1" drop ~= 0.83 degrees of added negative camber..extrapolate.

finally got my old align specs after drop on 350Z H-Techs, will post later. I am not an expert at reading these things, but looks like I will need the front adjustable camber arms as I am just out of spec on the right front already.

Q45Tech, Thanks for the info.

seems like you are already out of spec for camber in the front, so any additional drop will put you out of spec even farther since camber isn't adjustable. Its up to you to decide if it is worth it to install camber arms. You will likely have some uneven tire wear depending on your driving

yeah, the RS*R springs will definitely require camber correction. already decided to go with the 350Evo arms for help. thanks.
