SPC Camber kit for the Rear...install DIY and tips?
Does anyone have a link to a DIY for an install of the SPC rear camber kit? I could not seem to find one via search.
Also what settings do you have your kits on, when installing on a G coupe with Tein S-Tech springs?
Thanks

So I have to actually make the stock holes bigger?

The toe bolt holes need to be made larger, but not the holes where the camber arms go.
Unbolt the stock camber arm. Adjust the SPC arms to approximately the same length as the stock arms and install the SPC arms in the same orientation as the OEM arms.

With regards to dremelling the toe bolt holes larger, what happens when I want to re-install the stock setup? Won't this throw the stock settings way off?
Also, has anyone been able to dial in the SPC camber arms themselves (i.e. the proper length to use given a specific spring, like the Tein S-tech)?

The cam bolt that comes with the SPC kit has different shaped washers which fit in between the tabs where the lower spring bucket attaches in the DIY. (the oblong looking washers). Since they are a different shape, they allow the cam bolt to move further in or out than the stock setup does. That's why you elongate the holes. The stock bolt and washers will fit back in there no problem, there will just be larger holes than can be used by the stock cam bolt.
No one will be able to give you a specific length to "dial in" your new rear camber arms. Every car comes with a different alignment from the factory since it just has to be in a certain range to be "in spec" not a very specific number. Just set them at about the same length as the stock arms. You will prolly be slightly out of spec but nothing terrible for the two weeks you give your car to settle the new springs. Then get an alignment.
