can anyone can tell me from what model year were the problems with premature brake wear resolved on g35 coupes. THANKS

 

03 to 04 5AT coupes had fast brake wear

05 and on are all good

 

my 04 with brembo's are fine. If you keep the slide pins greased every 15,000 the pads will wear evenly

by 06 they fixed out all the bugs

find a color that you like with the right price and enjoy

i highly suggest getting warranty .. unless you know a good tech to work on your car

i got a 04 with 53k miles ... minor repairs done so far (light bulbs, window regs, regular maintence)

 

quick questioneople having there engines changed because of oil consumption,is the prob resolved in the new engine.

 

oil consuption was only on the rev up motors ( i believe ) and those motors came in the 06+ 6MT's

i believe the new engine fixed it .. gotta ask someone who had that problem .. i honestly dont know

also prob cause they had a heavy right foot

the manuals came with the brembo calipers. They run fine, and they are super easy to change your own brakes.
