My g needs a drop badly and I debating on wether to buy g35 s techs or 350z h techs. I'm running stock suspension (non-sport) and would prefer not to change my shocks. I'm leaning more towards g35 s techs due to the 3 finger gap I have between my tire and my fender. Also will the higher spring rate on the 350z's kill my shocks? I'm planning on buying a nismo front and dont want the car front to be too low. my offsets are

front: 19x9.0 5x114.3 +26
rear: 19x10.5 5x114.3 +22

will the tires rub with either of these drops? I would greatly appreciate all the help in making my desicion. Thank you!

i would get the z htechs.. i think it has a better drop (just enough) than the g stechs that drop it a little more than my tastes. i like the quad exhaust but I think you need a pretty aggressive front/sides/hood to make it come together nicely. anyways good luck w/ the drop

Z-htech should give you slightly less than 2 finger gap between the tire and fender, G s-tech probably will site right above the tires. z-htech springrate (358/375) is only slightly higher than your current springs (314/342), I wouldn't imagine it'll kill your shocks. Both of these springs will still allow Nismo bumper, but may scape at times if you not careful. With Z-htech, you might rub a tiny bit in the back when have full tank and drive a VERY sharp curve.

With your current setup, I'd go with G stech with fender roll. PM soad, he can do a good fender rolling and reasonable price.

So what made you choose 350z h techs over G s techs?

#1 Lowering height, I only want a subtle drop.

#2 Comfort, The stock sports springs was alreadt too stiff for me. G s-tech is even softer, but height is still priority.

#3 Alignment, most people got good alignment with z h-tech, some are unlucky like me.

Ok see all your factor are kind of like mine. I'm only really looking for an inch drop all around. I would kind of prefer stiffer springs for hitting turns and what ever saves me from buying a camber. I think I'm going to try the z htechs. Thanks for the info.
