EDIT: Integr8r, do you maybe want to comment more on that?
sorry.... falling behind on this thread.

A/C line is easy, just take your time.

It's aluminum tubing & is very soft & easy to reshape.
One trick is to get a short piece of neoprene tubing (2 -3 ") then slice it lengthwise.
You then slide it over the tubing.
It helps spread the load on the A/C line as you bend it.
= smoother bend & less chance of damage.

I spent 3 or so hours with scott and his fabricator last wednesday. They got the brackets all mocked up for us vortech guys and nice little RA plaques for the middle of the bar. I believe the bars should be going to paint earlier this week, so you guys will have your bars very soon.

-cheers!

He told me the same thing on Friday. Looking forward to getting it. Not looking forward the DIY mod required to get it to work with the Stillen intake.

With all the aftermarket intakes installed, there must be a ton of old air boxes available for next to nothing.
I'd be picking one up to play with.

I never actually got around to it,
but I think all it would take is a heat gun to reshape the box a bit where that nut goes.
I have an extra back cover (with the original short velocity stack)... if someone wants it PM a reasonable offer (I would give it away, but after paying $85 for the current longer velocity stack cover I need to get something for it).

My final payment is finally in!

I'm dreaming of the day I get back home and find my RA strut bar.

If it's even half as good as Integr8r says...
