E-Brake?

I pull my ebrake and the car just eases to a stop slowly...is it loose? or is the abs also tied to the ebrake? Is there a way to fix that so the tires lock up when i pull it?

The e-brake on the G sucks you have to pull it up all the way for the wheels to lock

It can be adjusted - do a search on here as this has been discussed and I posted a section of the FSM on how to adjust it. And, no, it is not connected to the ABS system. It is a separate cable-actuated brake shoe inside the rear rotor.
