My first guess would be the indicators on the pads, telling you its time for new pads. Many pad manufactures have a small metal tab on the brake pads that when the pads wears down to it the metal tab makes contact with the rotors and gives you a squeal sounds. My girls IS300 was just doing this in the rear. First thing i would check would be your brake pads to see if your worn to that level.
As for the person above who says they just had their pads changed, in some cases your rotors might have been greasy or dirty after i fresh changed and that may cuase it but not after 2 weeks, by this time i imagine that would have worn off with regular daily use. I might take your back to the shop that did it, or if you did it yourself might want to go back and inspect.

I had that same problem with my front pads and it turned out to be dirt. On the pads I have there is a small vertical space in the middle of the pad (makes it look there are actually 2 smaller pads) and some dirt built up in this space. After the dirt was cleaned out the noise went away. I know that's not a very technical description but that's the best I can describe it considering my lack of mechanical knowledge!
